What certificate does a welder need to work?

The issuing authority is the safety production supervision and management bureau, and it is necessary to work without a license. It can be divided into fusion welding and hot cutting operations, pressure welding operations and brazing operations. The certificate has a magnetic card, which is common throughout the country.

The welder's special mount guard operation certificate is issued by the safety supervision bureau and can be used anywhere. It used to be called IC card, but now it is called proximity card, which is audited once every three years, just like ID card. As long as there is a special card reader, you can read the information in the card, but this card reader country only gives qualified units.

The welder's certificate belongs to the special work certificate, that is, the work certificate, which needs to be handled at the appraisal center where the individual is located. The special operation permit is the proof that the worker is qualified to engage in a certain occupation. Special operations personnel must undergo special safety technical training and pass the examination, and can only work at their posts after obtaining the People's Republic of China (PRC) Special Operation Certificate.

Welder license processing flow

1. Candidates should prepare four small and two-inch black-and-white recent bareheaded photos, and register for the appraisal examination at the municipal appraisal center or each appraisal office (station) with their ID card, academic certificate, original and photocopy of professional qualification certificate, or proof of seniority issued by the labor department of their unit.

2. According to the national professional standards and candidates' qualifications, the appraisal institution determines the occupation and grade of candidates' application. After passing the examination, the corresponding appraisal institution accepts candidates' registration; Candidates should fill in the Application Form for National Vocational Skills Appraisal and the Approval Form for National Vocational Skills Appraisal as required, and pay the corresponding appraisal fee.

3. Before the appraisal examination, the corresponding appraisal institution shall inform the candidates of the examination time, place and tools to be prepared.

4. Within half a month after the end of the examination, the corresponding appraisal institutions shall issue certificates of achievement and qualified personnel to the candidates.
