I. Open recruitment positions, numbers and qualifications
(1) Basic conditions for open recruitment:

Second, open recruitment procedures.
(1) Registration
Registration is conducted by on-site registration.
1. Registration time: July, 2009 1, 2 and 3, 8:30- 17:00 every day, and it will be accepted as usual at noon. No longer accepted after the deadline.
2. Registration place: Communication Business Hall of Provincial Party Committee (50 meters south of the intersection of Wei Yi Road and Jason Wu Road).
3. Registration method:
(1) Before registration, the applicants downloaded the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Professional and Technical Personnel in Some Institutions of the General Office of the Provincial Party Committee in 2009 from Henan Personnel Examination Network () and filled in 2 copies.
② At the time of registration, you must hold your valid ID card, diploma, degree certificate (if the graduation certificate was not issued to the fresh graduates in 2009, you need to issue a certificate of attending school) and 1 copy of the original title and qualification certificate and the above materials, and submit two completed registration forms and three recent one-inch color photos of the same edition (the name of the applicant and the position to be applied for must be indicated on the back). When registering, each person is limited to one post. The ratio of qualified personnel to the number of open recruitment positions shall not be less than 3: 1. If it is lower than this ratio, the job recruitment will be cancelled.
③ Anyone who has passed the qualification examination should go to the Communication Business Hall of the Provincial Party Committee (50 meters south of the intersection of Wei Yi Road and Jason Wu Road) on July 15, 16 and 17, 2009. Those who fail to receive it within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
④ Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Personal information and related materials provided by the applicant must be true and valid. Once found to be fraudulent or violate the recruitment regulations, their qualifications will be cancelled at any time.
(2) Examination
The examination is divided into written examination and interview.
1, written test. The written test takes the form of a closed book, the content of which is the comprehensive theoretical knowledge and professional knowledge required for this position, and a test paper for one type of recruitment position (one test paper for four types of positions in the e-government intranet management center), and there is no provision for review scope and reference books. Written test score 100.
Written test time: July 18, 9: 00 am-11:30 am; See the admission ticket for the written test location.
The written test results can be queried on Henan Personnel Examination Network after 10.
2. Interview. According to the written test results, the candidates for the interview are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3. The list of interviewers was published on Henan Personnel Examination Network.
The interview mainly tests the candidates' professional basic theoretical knowledge, language expression ability and manners. Interview results 100.
The interview time and place will be announced separately.
The interview results will be announced at the end of the interview.
3. Calculation of total test scores
The total score of the exam is: 50% of the written test score+50% of the interview score.
(3) Physical examination and evaluation
1, physical examination. According to the total score of the examination, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of high score to low score 1: 1.2. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health on Printing and Distributing the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (No.25 [2007] of the Ministry of Personnel).
2. evaluation. For those who pass the physical examination, the assessment candidates will be determined according to the number of recruitment positions from high score to low score. If it is found that there are bad records such as violation of law and discipline and other unqualified candidates, their qualifications will be cancelled and candidates will be replaced from qualified medical examiners in similar positions.
(4) publicity
According to the test results, assessment and physical examination results, the candidates to be hired are determined, and the candidates to be hired are publicized on the Henan Personnel Examination website, and they are supervised by candidates and all sectors of society. The publicity period is 7 days.
(5) Employment and treatment of personnel
After the expiration of the publicity period, the newly hired personnel shall go through the relevant formalities according to the prescribed procedures. Newly hired personnel will be given a one-year probation period, during which they will enjoy the treatment of probation personnel. After the probation period, those who pass the comprehensive assessment are formally employed, go through the employment procedures and enjoy the treatment of professional and technical personnel in public institutions.
Third, discipline requirements.
In order to ensure the fairness and justice of open recruitment, all staff and candidates should strictly abide by the open recruitment discipline during the whole open recruitment process, and once violations are found, they will be dealt with seriously.
