Based on work needs and after research, our county’s education system has decided to openly recruit teachers. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment principles
In accordance with " The employment standards are based on meritocracy and having both ability and political integrity, and the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection" are adhered to, and a combination of examinations and assessments are adopted.
2. Recruitment Quota
Our county plans to openly recruit 195 teachers from the public. Please see the attached table for specific positions and quantities.
3. Recruitment conditions
(1) Basic conditions.
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China;
2. Have good conduct and professional ethics;
3. Be qualified for the position Required professional and technical conditions;

IV. Recruitment Procedures
Due to the large number of teacher positions in the first batch of open recruitment and the overlapping majors of some positions, this recruitment registration and examination will be conducted in two rounds.
(1) Registration and pre-qualification.
1. Release information (May 15th - June 10th). Publish recruitment information on the Hanshou County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website and Hanshou Education Network.
2. On-site registration and preliminary qualification review (the first round is from 8:30 am on May 26th to 12:00 noon on the 28th), (the second round is from 8:30am to 10th on June 8th) 12:00 noon). The county teacher recruitment leading group will accept on-site registration from applicants at the Hanshou County Teacher Training Center and conduct qualification review. Applicants must bring their valid ID cards, academic qualifications and degree certificates (fresh graduates must provide the "Graduate Employment Recommendation Form"), The electronic registration form for academic certificates from the Ministry of Education (fresh graduates shall provide the online verification report of the Ministry of Education’s student status), one original and one copy of relevant documents such as teacher qualification certificate, online printed registration form, and three recent one-inch bareheaded photos. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. Anyone who commits fraud or does not meet the application requirements will be disqualified at any time once discovered. The list of candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification review must be published on the website of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
3. Collect the admission ticket on site (June 2nd for the first round) and June 16th for the second round. Applicants who pass the preliminary qualification review should go to the personnel examination window of Hanshou County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau within the specified time to collect the "Admittance Ticket". After carefully reading and checking that the "Admission Ticket" is correct, refer to the "Admission Ticket" , otherwise, the applicant will be responsible for the consequences.
(2) Examination
In principle, this recruitment examination only involves trial teaching, and the content of the trial lectures is the corresponding subject content of the corresponding academic period. If the number of qualified candidates in the preliminary review and the planned number of recruitment positions exceeds 3:1, a written examination will be required, and if the number does not exceed 3:1, only an interview will be conducted (there is no examination ratio for positions that only full-time master's degree candidates or above can apply for). The total score is 100 points. The examination time and location are subject to the admission ticket. The test results of each link will be announced on the website of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
1. Written test (first round on June 3), (second round on June 17). The content of the written test is the professional knowledge of the corresponding position.
2. Interview (first round on June 7), (second round on June 21). According to the written test scores of applicants for the same position from high to low, interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:2 according to the planned number of recruitment positions. Those with the same written test scores will all enter the interview. For positions where the number of candidates who have passed the preliminary review of qualifications and the number of planned positions does not exceed 3:1, all candidates who have passed the preliminary review of qualifications will be interviewed. The interview method will be a teaching trial lecture, and the scope of the trial lectures will be announced.
The interview methods for music, physical education, and art teacher positions are teaching trial lectures and professional skills tests. The professional skills test for music and physical education teachers is divided into required items and specialty display. The required items for music are sight-singing and piano playing, the required items for physical education are content covered in junior and high school textbooks, and the professional skills test for art teachers is still life sketching.
The interview method for teacher positions in other disciplines is teaching trial lectures.
The interview duration is 10 minutes.
3. Score synthesis.
Comprehensive score=written test score×50%+interview score×50%
Interview score=lesson preparation score×30%+trial lecture score×70%
Interview scores for music, physical education, and art teacher positions = teaching trial × 40% + professional skills test × 60%
For those with the same comprehensive scores, the one with the higher written test score will take precedence. If the written test scores and interview scores are the same, the interview scores will be used without excluding the highest and lowest scores. If the result is the same again, another test will be conducted.
For positions where only interviews are conducted, the interview score will be the comprehensive score. If the interview scores are the same, the ranking will be based on the total score without excluding the highest and lowest scores in the interview.
For positions that are not competitive, the interviewer's score shall not be less than 60 points.
The score calculation shall be rounded to two decimal places.
(3) Physical examination (June 25). Candidates for physical examination will be determined based on the comprehensive scores in order from high scores to low scores and in equal numbers according to the planned number of recruitment positions.
The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with some items of the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".
(4) Assessment. Those who have passed the physical examination will be assessed by the employer and the competent department jointly on their ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, whether they violate the family planning policy, etc., and the qualifications of the proposed personnel will be reviewed.
(5) Public announcement. Based on the examination, physical examination and assessment results, the recruiting unit and its competent department shall jointly determine the list of proposed personnel, and submit the list of proposed personnel to the county Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review as required. The list of qualified candidates will be published on the website of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for a period of no less than 7 working days.
(6) Employment review and approval. If there is no objection after the expiration of the publicity period, the employer shall fill in the "Roster of Personnel Recruited by Public Institutions in Hunan Province" and the "Registration Form of Personnel Recruited by Public Institutions in Hunan Province", together with the "Report on Publicity of Proposed Personnel" and personal files, which will be reviewed by the competent department. After approval by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and filing with the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the relevant employment procedures will be handled in accordance with regulations. The salary and welfare benefits of the proposed personnel will be realized based on their professional titles, academic qualifications, etc. and the position setting of the unit.

4.
