What does the Tobacco Bureau test take?

The examination content of Tobacco Bureau includes two parts: written examination and interview:

1. Written examination content: Examining the basic knowledge and ability of the applicant in administration, such as organization and coordination ability, decision-making ability and communication ability. Writing ability and expression ability will give some topics related to the tobacco industry and require candidates to analyze and discuss them. The mastery of relevant professional knowledge in tobacco industry may involve tobacco planting, tobacco manufacturing, tobacco market and so on.

2. interview content: examine the candidate's ability to analyze and solve problems, oral expression and communication, organization and planning, including project management and work arrangement. Teamwork and interpersonal skills, resilience in dealing with emergencies and changes, self-awareness and self-evaluation.
