Experience 1 Fujian xx has made great strides in recent years. From xx to xx system, I have experienced the perfection and continuous improvement of cigarette sales network, the overall construction and acceptance of monopoly management, the revision and implementation of various management systems, and so on. I really feel the progress of xx in Fujian in recent years, thanks to our great efforts in management, hard work, paying close attention to basic work and strengthening management. Experience 2: The college students' team gradually shows its due vigor and backbone, and also puts forward higher requirements for the quality of college students. With the attention paid by the provincial bureau to college students in recent years, our college students are getting older and younger. On the broad platform provided by provincial and municipal bureaus, many of our college students have taken up key positions and become the backbone of departments and posts, and some even took up leadership positions in departments. ? How wide the heart is, how big the stage is. . As a college student, we should fully grasp the good opportunity to show our intelligence, be strict with ourselves, be brave in putting pressure on ourselves and be brave in training. Only by working at the grass-roots level can we accumulate experience, increase our working ability and lay a solid foundation for the continuous development challenges. Regarding the suggestions and opinions on the development of the industry, I would like to make two immature views.
Ideas: First, strengthen the construction of corporate culture.
With the development of China's industry, the importance of corporate culture as soft management is increasingly reflected. Strengthening the construction of corporate culture can make the core values of the industry become the norms and codes of conduct for employees of peers, which complement each other with the industry system management. Of course, the corporate culture of the industry should not only reflect the characteristics of the industry, but also combine local conditions and have unique local characteristics.
Two, strengthen the exchange of learning and training, and establish an incentive mechanism to retain talents.
With the industry's efforts to train talents, some employees in some industries have made new improvements in their academic qualifications and professional titles. On the basis of encouraging employees to further train, the ultimate goal of learning and training is to let these employees with high academic qualifications and high professional titles settle down and serve the industry. It is suggested that the provincial bureau issue relevant incentive policies as a guarantee.
