It is reported that the Xishui Citizen's Home started construction on August 9, 2007+2065438, which is a major livelihood project built by the Xishui County Party Committee and the county government. According to the plan, the citizens' home will have 102 administrative organizations, highlighting the three functions of the city living room, service hall and exhibition hall. And provide one-stop, one-stop and all-round services for mass affairs, and truly solve the problem of serving the last mile of the masses.

Xishui Citizen's Home Project has a total land area of 38 mu, a total construction area of 48,000 square meters and a total building height of 23.8 meters. It plans to build 359 parking spaces. So far, it is the largest single public building and the largest county-level convenience service center in central China.
