Announcement of On-site Qualification Examination of Staff in Hunan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau System in 2022

According to the procedures stipulated in the Announcement of Public Examination and Employment Staff of Hunan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau System in 2022, in order to organize the on-site qualification examination, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

A list of examiners

According to "Announcement of Staff Employed in the Public Examination of Hunan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau System in 2022", above the minimum qualified score of written examination results, the on-site qualification examination targets are determined according to the order of written examination results from high to low and the ratio of job recruitment plan 1:2, with a total of 535 people (see "shortlist for on-site qualification examination of staff employed in the Public Examination of Hunan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau System in 2022" published by Hunan Personnel Examination Network for details).

Second, the time and place of on-site qualification examination

Time: August 4th at 8:30- 12:00,13: 30-18: 00;

August 5th at 8:30- 12:00, 13:30- 18:00.

Venue: Jinye Shennong Hotel, Changsha (No.248 Shuguang Middle Road, Changsha, opposite Changsha Intermediate People's Court);

Method: Take the examination according to the applicants and positions (see Appendix 1 On-site Qualification Examination Grouping Schedule and Appendix 2 on-site Qualification Examination Schedule for details). Candidates are required to participate in the on-site qualification examination within the specified time period as required.

Three. Review content and submitted materials

(1) Audit content: qualifications such as "major", "minimum academic qualifications", "degree requirements", "identity requirements", "household registration requirements" and "other application conditions" specified in the systematic open recruitment plan and job list of Hunan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau in 2022, and requirements specified in the recruitment announcement.

(2) Materials to be submitted: my ID card, admission ticket, diploma, degree certificate, and relevant certification materials required for applying for positions. All materials must be provided with originals and copies.

(3) Specific description:

"Specialty"-Review the original graduation certificate. The professional name shall be subject to the professional name indicated in the graduation certificate, and it shall be implemented with reference to the 2022 Hunan Civil Servant Career Guidance Catalogue.

"Minimum academic requirements" and "degree requirements"-review the graduation certificate, degree certificate and the original certificate. Foreign academic qualifications and degrees must be provided with foreign academic degree certificates issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education, otherwise they will not be recognized. The applicant's diploma and degree certificate must be obtained before July 3, 20221,and the academic certification of returned overseas students must be obtained before September 30, 2022. According to the requirements of the recruitment announcement, non-2022 ordinary college graduates can't apply for the exam, and non-2022 graduate students can't apply for the undergraduate degree, and so on. In this case, the qualification examination of candidates is unqualified, and candidates who drop out of school or transfer to on-the-job study are not recognized.

"Identity requirements"-the requirements are members of the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s position, and the Communist Party of China (CPC) prepares party member to meet the requirements. The applicant must provide a written certificate issued by the party organization (with official seal).

"Household Registration Requirements"-For positions with household registration requirements, applicants should provide the original and photocopy of their household registration book in the prescribed administrative region on the date of the announcement of the recruitment of staff for the 2022 public examination of Hunan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (February 18, 2022), or provide written proof that they should be in the prescribed administrative region during the college entrance examination.

"Other application conditions"-examination of ID cards, original academic degree certificates obtained during higher education and other materials. Posts limited to ordinary college graduates in 2022 must be graduated before July 3, 20221according to the recruitment announcement. Fresh graduates who obtained academic qualifications (degrees) abroad from August 1 day, 2026 to July 3 1 day, 2022, but failed to obtain academic qualifications during the qualification review, must obtain them in writing on time. Applicants who have a work unit must provide proof that their unit agrees to apply for the exam. The unit agrees that the registration certificate must contain the candidate's name, expresses its intention to apply for the 2022 open recruitment examination of Hunan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, and guarantees that if it is hired, it will cooperate with the transfer procedures such as labor relations. The certificate of consent to enter the examination must be stamped by the unit or organization personnel department with the management authority of personnel recruitment and deployment, and the unit or department without the corresponding management authority will not be recognized. Those who have left the company should provide the certificate of leaving the company (sealed by the personnel department of the company or organization).

Four. other terms

(1) Candidates must attend the on-site qualification examination in person, and may not entrust other personnel to take the examination.

(2) If the on-site qualification examination is qualified, the examination unit shall sign the opinion of "passing the examination" on the candidate's admission ticket and affix the official seal. Candidates must present the original admission ticket with official seal when entering the interview.

(3) The information provided by candidates should be true and complete, meet the requirements of the position to be applied for, and be consistent with the information filled in when applying for the exam. If the main information of relevant materials is untrue, or does not meet the job conditions and requirements, the qualification examination is unqualified. Those who should be avoided but not avoided are unqualified in qualification examination. Those who forge or provide false certificates will be disqualified once they are found.

(4) Require candidates to take the exam within the specified time. Failing to participate in the on-site qualification examination within the time limit shall be deemed as automatic waiver.

(5) If the number of candidates to be interviewed in the recruitment position fails to reach the ratio of 1: 2 in the recruitment plan due to the applicant's abandonment of qualification examination and unqualified qualification examination, the candidates for the position will only be replenished once according to the written test scores from high to low.

(six) according to the on-site qualification review, timely release the supplementary qualification review announcement, please pay attention to the announcement information in a timely manner.
