Third, the basic conditions

Fourth, the selection process
The selection and appointment shall be democratic, open, competitive and merit-based, and shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures of registration, qualification examination, examination, inspection, physical examination, research and determination, publicity and employment.
(1) Organization registration

3. The applicant shall provide the following materials:

(2) Qualification examination
After the registration, the materials provided by the applicants will be qualified. If you pass the preliminary qualification examination, the school will inform you of the time and place of the examination. If you don't pass the preliminary qualification examination, call back and explain the reason. On-site qualification review will be organized before the exam. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review within the specified time or fail to pass the qualification review cannot take the exam.
This time, the proportion of open recruitment was set. If the qualified applicants are lower than the proportion of open recruitment, the recruitment plan will be reduced or cancelled accordingly.
(3) Organizing examinations
The examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview. If more than 15 people pass the preliminary examination of the same post qualification, a written test will be conducted first, and the shortlisted interview candidates will be determined according to the ratio of high to low written test scores 1:5, and the written test scores will not be included in the total score. If the number of people who pass the preliminary qualification examination for the same position does not exceed 15 (including 15), they will be interviewed directly. The full score of written test and interview is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who fail the written test and interview are not allowed to enter the next procedure.
The time and place of the exam will be notified separately. Candidates who fail to take the exam at the prescribed time and place are deemed to have given up.
(4) Organizing inspection.
According to the ranking of interview results, the interviewees are determined according to the proportion of 1: 1 to be transferred. The inspection was organized and implemented by Jiaxing Nanhu College. The inspection work is carried out with reference to the working methods of civil servant recruitment inspection, mainly focusing on the morality, ability, diligence, performance, honesty and other aspects of the inspected object and the matching degree with the selected position.
(5) Organizing physical examination.
The physical examination shall be carried out according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Those who fail to attend the medical examination according to the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination qualification.

(7) Publicity and employment
Those who pass the inspection and physical examination are determined to be candidates to be hired. The list of persons to be employed will be publicized in Jiaxing Nanhu College (/) for 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the personnel to be hired or there are problems that do not affect the employment after investigation, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the regulations. After receiving the notice, the personnel to be employed must report within the specified time, and those who fail to report within the time limit without justifiable reasons will be disqualified. The employment contract must be terminated with the original unit before registration.
The employed personnel shall be included in the post management of career preparation and filing, sign the employment contract with the employing unit, and stipulate the probation period according to the regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be formally hired; Unqualified, cancel the employment.
