Education and training: College degree or above in metal material, casting or mechanical engineering, mechanical manufacturing or related major, and passed the qualification examination of casting engineer.

Work experience: Familiar with quality system (QS9000, TS 16949) and quality method related to casting, and familiar with precision casting technology and process design (such as investment casting and pressure casting). ), inspection standards and methods, and can use casting process aided design software; Good command of English, able to understand the specific requirements of English drawings; Be able to understand the development trend of industry technology and business, and have their own unique views on key technologies; Strong creativity, good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.
