Manufacture method of small pull rope fan

The small pull rope fan is made of wood, pull rope energy storage gearbox, plastic small fan blades and other materials. Production steps:

Step 1: Import the design into Lei Yu laser software LaserMaker.

Step 2: According to the material type and thickness, select the corresponding parameters in the parameter setting panel.

Step 3: Click the "Load" button to transfer the design to the machine, and then start the laser cutting work.

The operation of the machine is also simple, which can be completed in three steps:

Step 1: Press? Positioning? Button to determine the initial position; Step 2: Press? Border? Button to determine the working range of the machine; Step 3: Press? Start/pause? Button to start laser processing.

When the laser cutting work is completed, take out the parts of the cable-stayed small fan, and then put the prepared cable-stayed energy storage gearbox, plastic small fan blades, double-sided tape and other materials on the desktop to start the assembly process of the cable-stayed small fan.
