What does the Personnel Department of Harbin Railway Bureau do?

The functional organization responsible for the distribution, deployment, use, training, assessment and promotion of railway workers. Responsibilities include: mastering the staffing and employment plan of the whole school, handling the personnel deployment procedures, handling the administrative procedures for the appointment, removal, deployment and selection of cadres, being responsible for the assessment, evaluation, performance appraisal and rewards and punishments of employees, and handling the leave, leave cancellation and retirement of employees.
