What was Danxiang called before?

My name is Gao Ji. In 1889, Gao Hongdan, a native of Jiaozhou, opened a dim sum shop named Gao Ji at No. 441 Pashi Street in Jiaozhou City. This was because another noodle shop owned by Gao Yucheng in Jiaozhou City was also named Gao Ji and was influenced by his brother Gao Yu who worked in the government office. Due to the thick protection, Gao Hongdan had no choice but to rename the dim sum shop Danji in 1902. After the reform and opening up, it was renamed Danxiang. Danxiang has developed into the number one bakery industry in Shandong Province.
