Do the troops still recruit literary and art soldiers?

Legal analysis: In the official documents and regulations of our army, including military terms, there is no such name as Wen Bing. The so-called literary and art soldiers are just a general term for a certain type of people in the army among the general population. There are two levels. Civilian cadres: The literary and art soldiers of the real art troupe are generally civilian officers, who have studied in military art colleges, so they should be admitted to military art colleges, such as the China People's Liberation Army Art College. There are also specially recruited entertainers, such as Han Hong (deputy head of the Art Troupe of the Air Force Political Department, senior colonel rank), Ji Minjia (Air Force Aviation Administration Art Troupe, battalion level), Pang Long (Second Artillery Art Troupe, Zhengtuan) and so on. Soldiers (non-commissioned officers): Units below the corps level also set up their own theatrical performance units, called performance teams. Every year, some units below the corps level go to local art colleges to recruit literary and art soldiers, and art students can sign up for selection! Soldiers can directly sign up for the selection of literary and art soldiers, but only soldiers (non-commissioned officers).

Legal basis: In order to strengthen the professional identity, sense of responsibility, mission and honor of civilian personnel, the Provisions clearly stipulate that newly recruited civilian personnel should take an oath, standardize the oath of civilian personnel, organize the implementation of the oath and related procedural requirements.

In order to establish a United, friendly, harmonious and pure internal relationship and enhance the centripetal force of the army, the "Regulations" make it clear that civilian personnel and other military personnel are politically equal and comrades-in-arms, and form a superior-subordinate relationship or a reciprocal relationship according to their subordinate relationship and administrative duties.
