My suggestion is:

If there is an opportunity, Air China or China Southern Airlines will be given priority. According to different hometown, you can also choose Sichuan Airlines (Sichuan), Shenzhen Airlines (Shenzhen), Xia Hang Airlines (Xiamen Airlines) and Shanghai Airlines. Finally, consider Hainan Airlines instead of China Eastern Airlines.

Reason:

Air China and China Southern Airlines are both state-owned enterprises. Air China (China International Airlines) has good treatment and fewer flights (compared with other companies). China Southern Airlines is the largest airline in China and a state-owned enterprise, with good benefits. As a state-owned enterprise, China Eastern Airlines has a lot of poor treatment, and its reputation is not very good in recent years (relatively speaking).

Why did you finally consider HNA? Because HNA has a wise saying: treat women as men and men as animals. This sentence is not unreasonable. As we all know, HNA has a heavy flight task and little rest time. Perhaps from the salary point of view, HNA's salary is higher than most other salaries, because you pay more flight time, and many even violate the rules. Maybe you think it's okay for young people to be a little tired, but you should consider your family, parents, wife and children. The life of going home for only a few days a month is beyond the affordability of ordinary people.
