Second, the recruitment conditions

1. Have the nationality of the people of China, enjoy the political rights of citizens, abide by the law and have good conduct;

2. Have a normal undergraduate degree or above recognized by the administrative department of education, and the major studied corresponds to the discipline of the recruitment position.

3. Has obtained the teacher qualification and meets the relevant requirements of Article 5 of the Regulations on Teacher Qualification, and its discipline is consistent with the recruitment position.

5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.

6. Have other qualifications required by the recruitment position.

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

This recruitment work is organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the District Party Committee and the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in accordance with the principle of "voluntary registration, fair competition and merit-based employment".

(1) Registration

Those who meet the recruitment requirements are limited to one position. The applicant holds the original and photocopy of his/her ID card, graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate and other materials 1 piece, and two recent bareheaded color photos with the same background, which will be held from August 23 to 26, 20 13 (9: 00 am-1:00 am).

The organization department of the district party Committee, the district human resources and social security bureau and the district education bureau conducted a preliminary examination of the qualifications of candidates. The number of qualified applicants must reach 3 times of the number of recruits in the post plan, and the number of recruits will be reduced proportionally if it is less than 3 times, until the post recruitment is cancelled.

(3) Interview

According to the written test scores of candidates for the same position, the interviewer is determined in the order from high score to low score and the proportion of three times the number of candidates planned for the post after reduction.

The Organization Department of the District Party Committee, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the District Education Bureau will jointly examine the qualifications of the people participating in the interview, and the candidates should truthfully provide relevant materials that meet the conditions for entering the examination. After examination, those who meet the requirements for registration will be given an interview notice; Applicants who fail to provide the original valid documents on time or fail to pass the qualification review according to the above requirements will be disqualified from the interview and will be replenished from high to low among the candidates in the same position.

If you enter the interview as an on-the-job person, you shall provide proof of agreeing to enter the examination according to the personnel management authority at the time of qualification review; For positions with work experience requirements, applicants must also provide proof of work experience according to personnel management authority.

The interview adopts professional interview methods, including lesson preparation, speech and defense. 1 prepare lessons. Candidates draw lots on the spot to determine the topic of the lecture, and the preparation time is 60 minutes. 2 lectures. The lecture time of the applicant is 10 minute, and a written lecture plan shall be submitted after the lecture. 3 defense. Ask and answer questions about lectures, related professional theoretical knowledge and skills, and the development trend of education and teaching reform. The defense time is 5 minutes.

(4) Physical examination and investigation

Among those who pass the interview, according to the proportion of candidates' written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, the percentage system is adopted to synthesize the total score. According to the order of the total score from high to low, and according to the ratio of the number of post recruits after reduction 1: 1, the personnel participating in the physical examination and inspection are determined.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) revised by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Health, and the inspection standard shall be implemented with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the National Civil Servant Recruitment Examination in Jiangsu Province and the Examination Guide for Civil Servants in the 20 13 Examination in Jiangsu Province. The organization department of the district party Committee and the district human resources and social security bureau will organize the physical examination and inspection in a unified way, and the time of physical examination and inspection will be notified separately.

If there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination or inspection, it will be replenished in the order of high score to low score among candidates in the same position.

The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant.

(5) Publicity

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates, and will be publicized on the websites of Huai 'an Human Resources and Social Security Bureau () and Qinghe District People's Government () for 7 working days.

In the stage of publicity and employment approval, if the vacancy occurs because the publicity result of the candidate to be employed affects the employment or the candidate explicitly abandons the employment, the vacancy will be filled at one time according to the total score of the candidate from high to low, and will not be filled after the employment approval.

Four. Employment and treatment

If there is no objection or objection to the personnel to be hired after publicity, but it does not affect the employment, the relevant procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions and procedures of the management of public institutions. The employed personnel sign employment contracts with the employing units, and enjoy the salary and treatment of fully funded teachers in our district. After the probation period expires, they will be assessed. Those who fail to pass the examination will be disqualified and seek a self-employment
