Why don't young people like to work?

Nowadays, more and more young people really don't like going into factories, which is very different from those born in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.

Then why are more and more young people unwilling to work in factories? I think there are several reasons for this.

First of all, it is difficult to work in a factory.

Although the wages of many factories are relatively high at present, such as some areas in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, some ordinary workers can reach seven or eight thousand yuan a month, and those with strength can even get tens of thousands of yuan a month.

But these high incomes are actually earned by sweat. These high-income people generally have to work 10 hours a day, 256 days a month, which is beyond the reach of ordinary people.

After all, working in a factory is mostly manual work, and it is boring to repeat the same action every day. If you spend most of your 365 days a year doing the same hard work, I believe many young people are not very happy.

Nowadays, young people really can't bear hardships, which is very different from those born after 60, 70 and 80. For people over the age of 30, to support their families, they have been poor since childhood. They have long been used to this kind of hard work. For these people, making money is king, and many people don't care how hard it is.

Nowadays, young people, especially those born after 1995 and 1900, are mostly only children. They have been spoiled since childhood, and their parents have accumulated a certain family business for them. They don't have to work hard to earn money to support their families or support themselves, so many people don't want to work at the sight of long working hours or hard work in factories.

Second, I can't stand the control of the factory.

When you enter the factory, you must abide by the order and management rules of the factory. Although the management of many factories is becoming more and more standardized and humanized, for some small factories, the boss is still centralized. They don't have scientific management, but more according to the boss's mood. The boss is uncompromising.

Moreover, some bosses think that migrant workers come to work in their factories because they are given food, and they think that these migrant workers are inferior. They will work honestly as long as they are paid. Therefore, some small bosses simply look down on these migrant workers from the bottom of their hearts, so they usually manage them rudely. If they are slightly dissatisfied, they will swear and even touch each other.

How can they stand such control? After all, these people have been spoiled since childhood, and many people have never been beaten and scolded since childhood. But a family of several people around him. Now I suddenly entered the factory and was so strictly controlled by others. They must feel very uncomfortable, so it is normal not to want to enter the factory.

Third, there are more employment options.

A few decades ago, there were relatively few types of employment in China, and most people could only work in factories and engage in manufacturing.

However, with the continuous development of China's economy and society, more and more job opportunities are born in China, and many of these job opportunities are born from the service industry.

Compared with decades ago, young people can choose more and more employment opportunities. They can either go to work in the factory or choose some freelance jobs, such as online drivers, take-out and self-media. If they have certain skills, they can also start their own businesses.

Moreover, the income brought by these industries is not necessarily lower than that of factories. For example, some people are running takeout at present. If they do a good job, it will cost five or six thousand yuan a month. Actually, it's almost the same to follow the factory.

For another example, some people play from the media, and through live broadcast or platform traffic sharing, they can get a lot of income in one month. Some people do well, and their income is even several times that of working in a factory.

Moreover, compared with the strict control of entering the factory, these people are engaged in some freelance jobs, which are relatively relaxed and without so many restrictions, so we see that more and more young people choose to engage in some freelance jobs themselves.

Fourth, the demand for workers in factories is growing.

In fact, some young people are willing to work in factories, especially those big factories. Their standardized management salary is relatively high, so many people still yearn for it.

But for these big factories, their own requirements for employees are very high. Even in ordinary jobs, they can choose the best among the best because of fierce competition. Therefore, in reality, not all young people are unwilling to work in factories, but are unwilling to enter those small factories.

But for those big factories, they don't meet the recruitment requirements, so they can only engage in some other industries if they are high or low.

In short, with the continuous development of China's economy and society, more and more jobs can be provided in society, and the employment concept and education level of young people have also changed greatly. It is inevitable that more and more young people don't want to enter the factory in the future.

Therefore, it can be predicted that the wages of factory workers will definitely be higher and higher in the future, because it is becoming more and more difficult to recruit.
