To carry out art education, the construction of professional teachers is very important. Our school adopts the combination of three ways: external recruitment and self-training. I employ more than 17 professional teachers outside the school, from Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, Shencheng Philharmonic Orchestra and other well-known music groups, to undertake the teaching and guiding tasks of various wind music.
