The interview mainly tests the basic qualities and abilities needed to perform the duties of the post, with a full score of 100. The selection organ may increase the professional level test of the post according to the needs, with a full score of 100. The test is completed before the unified interview, and after the interview, the interview results are calculated according to the proportion of 30% of the professional level test and 70% of the interview.
