Notice on matters related to examination and recruitment

Municipal (state) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, provincial departments:

In order to conscientiously implement the National Regulations on Personnel Management in Institutions, Opinions of Central the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Medical and Health System and Opinions of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Sichuan Provincial People's Government on Deepening the Reform of Medical and Health System, deepen the reform of medical and health system in our province, and strengthen the construction of medical and health personnel, according to the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Personnel in Institutions, combined with the actual situation of our province and the current supply and demand situation of health professionals, Now, with regard to the total number of posts approved by the government human resources and social security departments of health institutions in our province and the corresponding vacancies of health professionals, the relevant matters concerning the examination and employment of health professionals who are in urgent need of work are notified as follows.

First, the scope of the object

(a) provincial health institutions can recruit people who meet one of the following conditions:

1. Get a full-time postgraduate degree or a master's degree in general higher education in the postgraduate major (direction) listed in Annex I, aged 35 and below;

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in the full-time general class of general higher education with the undergraduate major (direction) listed in Annex I, and obtain a bachelor's degree, aged 30 and below.

(two) the city (state) and the following health institutions can recruit people who have obtained full-time undergraduate education in ordinary colleges and universities (including full-time adult education classes in ordinary colleges and universities, the same below) and have a bachelor's degree and are under the age of 35.

(three) health institutions at or below the county level may also examine and recruit people aged 35 and below who meet one of the following conditions:

1. Get full-time undergraduate degree or above in general higher education, and have the qualification certificate of practicing doctor. Among them, the "four major districts" poverty-stricken counties defined in "Opinions on Encouraging and Guiding Education and Health Talents to Serve the Grassroots" can relax their academic qualifications to junior college when assessing and recruiting people who graduated from full-time ordinary classes in ordinary colleges and universities and obtained the qualification certificate of practicing doctors;

2. Obtain the certificate of standardized training for residents issued by the provincial and above health and family planning administrative departments.

(4) Township health institutions can also assess and recruit people who have obtained the qualification certificate of practicing (assistant) doctors and are more than 0 years away from the national legal retirement age/kloc-0.

(five) the mental health hospital (center) of the city (state) and county (city, district) can also recruit people under the age of 35 who meet one of the following conditions:

1. Obtain the qualification certificate of medical practitioner;

2. Obtain bachelor's degree and bachelor's degree in full-time general higher education for medical majors, and the nursing degree can be relaxed to junior college or above.

Second, the recruitment process

(a) the provincial health institutions according to the following procedures for recruitment.

1. Within the approved total number of posts and corresponding job vacancies, the competent department or the employing unit shall, in accordance with the personnel management authority, study and determine the specific methods, procedures and quantity of recruitment assessment, and publish the recruitment announcement on Sichuan Personnel Examination Network and other media, and announce the recruitment target, quantity, methods and procedures, and determine the candidates through two-way selection in accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit.

2. Those who pass the examination, reach an agreement of intent and publicize without objection shall be reported to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for examination and confirmation by the competent department as required.

3. The competent department or the employing unit shall handle the formalities of personnel registration, post employment, salary verification and so on with the confirmation notice of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

(two) the examination and employment procedures of health institutions at or below the city (state) shall be determined by the municipal (state) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit.

Three. any other business

(a) candidates involved in the professional direction, by the relevant departments according to the candidates' graduation certificate, college admission notice, student ID card or transcripts and other materials comprehensive identification.
