A specialty of Jingmen?

Jingmen, located in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River, is rich in products. Local specialties include Ge Fen, Artemisia selengensis, tea, fragrant powder, rubber powder, mineral water, dried vegetables, pickles, rice, dried fragrant herbs and jade carvings. Among them, Jingshan buckwheat rice, Ge Fen and Artemisia selengensis are the most famous, and Jingshan buckwheat rice is rich in nutrition and sweet in taste. It was named Gongmi in the Ming Dynasty. Jingmen wild Ge Fen has been sold well at home and abroad for its unique longevity-prolonging effect, and has become a Japanese royal tribute. Kedian Town in Zhongxiang City was named as "the hometown of Ge Fen, China" by the State Council Development Research Center, which is the main producing area of Ge Fen. Lishi Town, Shayang County is one of the main planting areas of Artemisia selengensis, with a planting area of 1 10,000 mu, which is exported to both inside and outside the province.

Hubei gypsum: a mineral containing calcium sulfate, a chemical deposit of ancient salt lakes or lagoons. It is best to have a large piece of white, loose, fibrous and free of miscellaneous stones, which is called gypsum. Gypsum is pungent and sweet, but cold in nature. It has the effects of clearing away heat and purging fire, relieving restlessness and quenching thirst, and is mainly used for treating lung heat, high fever, polydipsia, cough and asthma, stomach fire and toothache. Jingmen Snow Jujube: Originated in Bajiao Township, Zi Ling District, this city, also known as Bajiao Snow Jujube. Founded in the late Song Dynasty, it gradually became famous in the Ming Dynasty. It is made of local high-quality glutinous rice and the four springs of Meng, Long, Hui and Shun in Jingmen Xiangshan.

Ge Fen
