3 Work content and requirements

3. 1. Before work, you must check whether the lathe is in good condition; Pay attention to safety protection measures at work, and girls must wear work hats.

3.2. Before work, carefully check the drawings and documents, determine the processing sequence, count the tools and other tools such as steel ruler and micrometer, and select the required tools for clamping.

3.3. When the lathe tool is clamped, the tool bar cannot extend out of the tool rest for too long, and the tip of the tool is equal to the center of the workpiece.

3.4. Select the feed according to the machining requirements, and the feed adjustment shall be carried out under the static state of the machine tool.

3.5. The workpiece must be firmly clamped, and the top should be used when necessary.

3.6. In order to ensure the machining accuracy, the worn turning tool must be sharpened in time.

3.7. When machining, select the appropriate cutting speed as needed, and switch the speed when the machine tool stops rotating. 3.8. After the processing is completed, check the tools and measuring tools; Clean and pay attention to waste recycling.
