Injection molding is not suitable for film blowing in principle, because of its low molecular weight, high melt flow rate, unstable film bubbles during film blowing, difficult to control and low strength of film blowing. If you want to blow the film by injection molding, you can choose a material with low melt flow rate to blend with the film blowing material, but the blending amount should not be too much, depending on different brands of raw materials. For example, the injection molding of 1I2A brand low-density polyethylene produced by Blue Flower, the melt flow rate is less than 2.5g/10min, and it can be mixed to more than half.
