In order to maximize the incentive function of wage distribution and effectively mobilize the labor enthusiasm and initiative of the majority of labor dispatch employees, combined with the actual situation of our company's production and operation, we have The study decided to further standardize and adjust the wage standards and payment methods for employees under the labor dispatch system. The relevant matters are now notified as follows:
Standardize wage standards
1. For newly recruited labor dispatch employees who have worked for the company for half a year, their wages will be from Adjusted from 1,100 yuan to 1,300 yuan per month (midnight shift, overtime pay, food subsidy, heating fee, heatstroke prevention and cooling fee, etc. are still subject to the original regulations, the same below)
2. The company recruits new people from the society For employees under the labor dispatch system who have worked for the company for one year, their wages will be adjusted from 1,300 yuan per month to 1,500 yuan per month.
For employees retained by the company under the labor dispatch system who have worked in the company for more than one year, their wages will be adjusted from 1,500 yuan per month to 1,700 yuan per month;
3. The company’s social contribution For employees under the labor dispatch system recruited by Shangxin who have worked for the company for two years or more, their salary will be adjusted from 1,500 yuan per month to 1,700 yuan per month; if their work performance is particularly outstanding and they can operate independently (they are competent in this process or the equipment operator), After personal application, recommendation by the employer, company assessment, group assessment, and after the unit has announced that there is no objection, and submits to the company for research and approval, the salary will be adjusted from 1,500 yuan per month to 1,800 yuan per month.
For employees retained by the company under the labor dispatch system who have worked in the company for two years, their wages will be adjusted from 1,700 yuan per month to 2,000 yuan per month;
4/Labor dispatch system For employees who have worked in the company for three years, their salary will be adjusted from 1,700 yuan, 1,800 yuan or 2,000 yuan per month to 2,000 yuan or 2,300 yuan per month; colleagues will participate in the distribution of bonuses issued by the company's units in increments of 20 per year, until 100 .
5/Secondary distribution. After the salary standards of the above-mentioned personnel are adjusted, employees who have worked in the company for three months will participate in the secondary distribution of unit wages. The distribution method shall be determined by each employer based on its production and operation practices, and the report shall be submitted. According to the Labor Department, the living wage base is 600 yuan; for employees who have worked in the company for six months, the living wage base is adjusted from 600 yuan to 1,000 yuan. The employer shall formulate a distribution method for secondary distribution of wages, which must be reported to the Labor Department before the 28th. The remaining parts shall be paid by the company on a fixed monthly basis.
Adjustment Time
The above-mentioned adjustment to the wage standards for employees under the labor dispatch system was implemented in April 2012.
