What is clothing QC?

Clothing QC refers to the quality assurance personnel of a clothing factory, whose main responsibilities include:

1. Be responsible for all operation process management and document management from sample clothes to confirmation of flour accessories to arrangement of mass production plan and delivery of orders.

2. Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the quality management plan, and control the quality and progress in production.

3. Convene relevant departments to hold prenatal meetings.

The main goal of clothing QC is to minimize quality variation and fluctuation, control product differences, participate in management decision-making activities and determine quality level through a series of operation techniques and activities.
