According to the Company's Internal Quality Audit Procedure and Management Review Procedure, our department plans to arrange two internal audits and one management review this year. The Quality Control Office will standardize the organization, form, content, audit and review process of quality activities, and strictly implement the document requirements and quality management. The focus of internal audit is to review the compliance of system documents and the implementation of training, check the filling of quality management records and the correction of nonconformities, and check the effectiveness and sustainability of quality system operation. At the same time, assist relevant functional departments to evaluate the services provided by subcontractors. When nonconformities and defects are found in the internal audit, they will be promptly urged to correct them. In the management review, we will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality system operation, study and improve the problems in the internal audit, and analyze the causes of unqualified items and defects in the system operation.
