Have you recently received offer for Japanese majors from some big companies such as Dalian Dell or Hewlett-Packard? Even an interview!

As far as I know, Dalian Dell doesn't have a BPO department, and a relatively large company like this rarely employs inexperienced fresh graduates unless you are really excellent. Even if I call you for an interview, the chances are slim. It's not too late to find some smaller outsourcing companies and accumulate some experience before jumping ship to a big company!
