2. Assessment

(1) Qualification review. The school's Human Resources Office conducts screening and qualification review based on the applicant's information and organizes interviews. Applicants for counselors and management teaching assistants will be recommended to the department after written examinations and interviews organized by the Personnel Department.

(2) Assessment by the employing department. Those who pass the interview with the Human Resources Department will be recommended by the Human Resources Department to the employing department.
