Details of Qingshuitang Hydropower Station

The hub building mainly includes four parts: dam, power station, ship lock and revetment engineering. Normal water level of reservoir139m, installed capacity of power station128mw. The dam is a riverbed overflow dam, with a crest elevation of 154.5m and a maximum dam height of 37.50m The overflow dam is located in the middle of the riverbed, and the crest elevation of 124.0m * * is equipped with a 20× 15m radial gate with 13 holes. Located on the left bank of the river bed, the power station is a low-head river bed power station with 4×32MW bulb tubular turbine generator set. Located on the right bank of the river bed, the ship lock is a four-class ship lock with a design tonnage of 500 tons.

Qingshuitang Hydropower Station, controlled by Hunan Xiangtou Holding Group and built in Chenxi County, is the sixth stage of cascade development in Shui Yuan, Hunan Province. Four bulb tubular hydrogenerators with runner diameter of 7.5m are installed in the power station, with total installed capacity of 65438±0.28 MW, annual power generation of 507 million kW·h and total project investment of 65,438 327 million yuan. The main project of Qingshuitang Hydropower Station was officially started on July 2, 2006. The first stage cofferdam was closed on August 3, 2006, and the concrete of the main project was poured on February 2, 2006. The second stage cofferdam was closed on February 26, 2007 and September 2008. It took 26 months from the official start of the power station to the first unit connected to the grid for power generation. No matter the construction speed, construction and installation quality or the overall environment, it is first-class in similar hydropower construction in the whole province and even the whole country.
