Hold a job fair of "Spring Breeze Delivers Truth and Helps Warm People's Hearts"

In order to fully guarantee enterprises to resume production and employment and employees to return to their posts, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Qinghai Province, together with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Federation of Trade Unions and other departments 13, held a provincial-level special job fair of "Spring Breeze Action and Employment Assistance Month" in Xining City.

This year's "Spring Breeze Action and Employment Assistance Month" is based on the theme of "Spring Breeze Delivers Real Aid to Warm People's Hearts", focusing on the "two-headed" needs of employers, migrant workers, college graduates and other key groups, taking the initiative to deliver policies, services and jobs, holding online and offline recruitment activities in different industries and with high frequency, and making every effort to promote multi-channel employment of various groups. Since the launch of the "5438+ 10" activity in mid-June, more than 5438+10.5 recruitment activities have been carried out in all parts of the province, with nearly 82,000 job information released and 98,000 migrant workers organized to go out to work. This provincial special job fair is the largest activity in the series of "Spring Breeze Action and Employment Assistance Month", with the largest number of job seekers and employers and the richest jobs.

According to the employment needs of different employers and workers, eight special zones, including key enterprises, East-West cooperation, veterans, women, disabled people and vocational (technical) colleges, have been set up to provide job seekers with special services such as employment policy consultation, labor brand display, and on-the-job live broadcast. On the day of the activity, more than 400 household units inside and outside the province entered the market for recruitment, providing10.5 million jobs, and reached more than 5,600 employment intention agreements on the spot.
