Men live in student dormitories according to their work needs, while women are not required to do so.

Requirements for counselors: 1. Have Chinese nationality; 2. Abide by the Constitution and laws; 3. Have good conduct; 4. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally; 5. Master's degree or above in full-time general higher education in 217 (graduated after June 1, 217), 218 and 219 (graduated before July 31, 219). The first degree is full-time general higher education with a bachelor's degree; 6. Applicants for master's degree are under 28 years old (born after June 1, 1991) and doctoral students are under 35 years old (born after June 1, 1984); 7. Candidates are required to be in party member or party member, and have experience as a student cadre.
