How much do college students know about work?

As a college student, I am about to graduate. Although I decided to take the postgraduate entrance examination, it didn't affect my view of work. I will still work part-time in college, just to be able to hone more and make more transitions, so that I can find a job more calmly in the future. Let's talk about my understanding of work.

Work is an output. I have been studying for more than ten years, and I have been in a state of devotion. Only by learning how to output can I use what I have learned more easily. So I want to strengthen my ability and enhance my value in school, so that I can improve myself in social work in the future.

In my opinion, a good job needs to meet three requirements, one is to learn something, the other is to earn money, and the third is to make friends. I have done some part-time jobs, but some part-time jobs, such as handing out leaflets, have no technical content and need not be done. There are many uncles and aunts in their fifties and sixties doing these things on the street, and this kind of manual work will not bring any effect of improving their ability. I will definitely give them priority in my future job search.

gather experience

At work, I will try to get the work certificate, even the internship certificate, and then become a formal employee. I can at least take it out when I change jobs in the future, so that the HR of the company will have a little impression on me. I have at least experience in the workplace, unlike a newcomer. The first job is to learn something, and the second job is to earn money. I don't have a strong demand for salary, and I don't take myself too seriously. Wages will reach the local average wage. Also, I prefer to make friends at work. With the gradual growth of age, there are fewer and fewer friends who can talk to each other. In the process of communication, everyone will constantly improve their vigilance against others, so there are also friends who have known each other for more than ten years but are just nodding acquaintances. I hope to make bosom friends at work.
