Examination
The exam can only be held when the ratio of the actual number of applicants to the number of people to be recruited for the position reaches 3:1 (including 3:1). If it does not reach 3:1, the ratio of Fujian applicants will be calculated. [2006] Document No. 11 shall be implemented. The total score of the written test, interview and comprehensive score is 100 points. The examination methods for each position are as follows:
1. Adopt a combination of written examination and interview. The content of the written test is mainly comprehensive basic knowledge.
2. Based on the written test scores from high to low, the interview candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 between the number of people to be recruited for the position and the number of people who will be interviewed (if the ratio is insufficient, the candidates will be determined based on the actual number). The interview will be a structured interview, with a passing score of 70 points.
3. The comprehensive score of candidates entering the interview is calculated based on the ratio of written test score accounting for 40% and interview score accounting for 60%. If the overall scores are tied, the candidate with the higher interview scores will be selected as the candidate. If the interview scores are still tied, an additional interview will be conducted, and the overall ranking will be based on the scores in the additional interview.
4. Qualifications of candidates entering the interview will be reviewed before the interview. Candidates entering the interview should submit the originals of relevant certificates required for the position they are applying for during the qualification review. If they are temporarily unavailable, submission will be postponed until before the physical examination with the consent of the Human Resources Department of our school.
