Buildings 7, 8 and 9 of Nanjing Shimao Brilliant Ruiwan Phase II are under construction. According to the pre-sale plan of Shimao Brilliant Ruiwan, the eight buildings of the project will be delivered in two batches, of which the delivery time of buildings 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9 has been postponed from the original June 30th to September 30th, and the estimated delivery time of buildings 7 and 8 is the end of this year.
