What advice do you have for young people?

1. If you are in a third-and fourth-tier city, I suggest you don't buy a house there.

House prices in the third and fourth lines are relatively low, everyone's life is relatively stable, and wages are not high. Your house is difficult to rent, and there is not much room for appreciation after it is sold. You'd better save some money to buy a house in a first-and second-tier city, which may become your extra income and a guarantee for the future. Of course, if you live alone, forget it.

If you want more people around you to help you, pretending to be rich is far more useful than not selling well.

People always believe in superficial things. Rich people ask them for money, and they will think that this rich person is just an emergency and will definitely pay it back in the future. But when a poor man asks them for money, their first reaction is that they can't get it back.

Most rich people are kind.

Because although they have been fierce for a long time, they are the kind of people who have been at the bottom of society. They are the darkest and most unspeakable people who are better than themselves. Once they find that you are better than them, they will be jealous of you and even start to get back at you. You can talk to rich people about your achievements, maybe they will help you, but people who don't get along well with you should learn to shut up, and they will only think about how to harm you.

If you are only in your twenties and want a better life, I suggest you don't consider getting married.

Getting married is not an easy thing. In the early stage, you probably need to pay your own savings, house, car, bride price and so on. After doing this, you have no money to do anything else, and you have to pay more energy and time after getting married, which is almost bound by your family.

Everything you have now is not really owned at all, but has been temporarily occupied by you for decades. Don't be too attached to anything, and don't be too sorry for what you missed and lost. Eventually, everything will be returned.

6. Most people around you are actually brainless.

They can't think at all and can't plan their own lives. They just do something they are good at every day, two points and one line. If you want to go up, you must stay away from these people.

7. Many people will tell you that education is not important, but ability is important.

But have you seen the recruitment notices of those good companies? It clearly says 985,211;

Have you seen the school tricks of those famous schools? Have you compared the school trends of diploma factories?

The gap in resources is not a little. If there is really no difference, why should others study hard throughout high school? The world is fair sometimes, so don't always try to make excuses for not working hard.

8. If you want to surpass most people around you, you must learn to hold the group correctly.

Self-learning skills are basically very slow. Only when a group of people take you can you get more resources, grow faster and go further. Sometimes choice is much more important than hard work.

9. You should have your own independent consciousness. If you even need someone to keep urging you, staring at you and encouraging you, I advise you to eat it before it's too late.

No matter how you mix, you are still poor. Don't complain about quitting your job as soon as something goes wrong at work. Without you, the world will go on, but without your job, even your life will be a problem.
