Third, the selection conditions

5. Physical conditions are suitable for work requirements.

The interview judges are composed of seven experts selected by the college, including the chief judge 1 and six judges.

4. Interview method

The interview adopts a structured interview, which mainly tests the candidates' scientific research ability, academic level, logical thinking ability, language expression ability, ideological and political, teachers' morality and style. Full score 100, each person shall not exceed 15 minutes.

The interview results are scored by gymnastics, except one score and the lowest score, and the average of other scores is taken as the interview results.

The interview results are posted at the examination place on the same day and announced once every half day.
