Zhongshan Sanjiu. In May, 20 19, Xiansheng Group announced that it would eventually sell the equity of simcere to Zhongshan Sanjiu, and the transaction was completed in July, 20 19. Zhongshan Sanjiu is a large-scale enterprise integrating pharmaceutical research and development, production and sales, and its main business covers Chinese herbal pieces, medicine, health care and medical devices.
