Erjian is called the second-level constructor qualification certificate, which is a level of the constructor qualification examination. The construction engineer qualification examination is divided into the first-level construction engineer examination and the second-level construction engineer examination, in which the first-level construction engineer is universal in China and the second-level construction engineer is a provincial certificate. The second-level constructor is a kind of qualification of architecture, usually referred to as the second construction. 1. Candidates who take all the subject examinations (that is, all three exams) must have a technical secondary school degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 2 years.

2. Applicants whose registration level is exempt from the examination 1 subject (that is, those who meet the exemption conditions can be exempted from the examination of construction management subjects, and only take the examination of construction engineering laws and regulations and related knowledge and professional engineering management and practice) must have intermediate or above titles in engineering or engineering economics or have been engaged in construction management for 15 years, and have obtained construction management.

3. Applicants who are exempted from taking 2 subjects (that is, those who meet the exemption conditions can be exempted from taking the subjects of Construction Management of Construction Engineering and Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge, and only take the test of Professional Engineering Management and Practice 1 subject) must have an intermediate title or above in engineering or engineering economics or have been engaged in construction management for 15 years, and have obtained construction management.
