One person manages 20 rooms, and there are at least 2 people in one room, with an average of 5 people. I have to work 12 hours a day, or even later, each guest has to serve more than 200 cups of tea, plus turn the table every day. Work until the end of 2007, pay my salary and go home for the New Year.

During the Spring Festival in my hometown, someone introduced a bank to recruit security guards. 650 yuan for one month, 4 hours a day. After finishing in the morning, you can continue to work in another bank in the afternoon. One month 1300, or more than 8 hours a day. I want to arrive early and wait for the bus to leave. But having so much money in my hometown is much better than going abroad, and it is close to home, so I have been doing it.

Grandpa was a coal miner and retired long ago. Grandma has no job. Both parents died of illness. In order to cure the disease, I still owe a lot of foreign debts I remember very clearly that my grandparents went out to pick up waste products and sell them during the day. Go to work after work and try to toss and turn. I sold toys at the gate of the community, ran errands after the wedding and did something I could. Our grandfather and grandson live together, but unfortunately grandpa left the year before last and grandma left last year. )

Later, I followed the manager around and changed several gyms. I worked as a sales supervisor and manager at the grassroots level, and later as a store manager. With the expansion of ambition, I went out to contract the gym to work alone, and my income has been increasing.

Whether people dare to change jobs does not depend on the workplace, but on what you give to employees, whether employees can be satisfied, and how can people in your company be unstable if you give more money and the boss treats employees sincerely? Without a better income and unhappy job, why don't people leave? Don't always attribute employee instability to employees.
