Mr. Li Hongxin, born in 1953, has a college degree and is a senior economist. He has served as the technical section chief and director of Yanzhou Paper Mill, and the chairman of Shandong Sun Paper Group Corporation and Shandong Sun Paper Group Co., Ltd.. National model worker, deputy to the Ninth National People's Congress, deputy to the Tenth National People's Congress, president of the Paper Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice chairman of the Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice chairman of the Jining Federation of Industry and Commerce, and vice chairman of the Yanzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce. He is currently the chairman and general manager of the company.

Mr. Bai Maolin, born in 1968, has a university degree and is an assistant engineer. He joined the company in 1985, and served as the director of mechanical and electrical workshop of Yanzhou Paper Mill, the director of equipment and power department, the director of equipment and materials department, and the manager of the company's marketing headquarters. Mr. Liu Zehua, born in 1971, has a bachelor's degree and a university degree. He joined the company in 1995. He has served as the company's craftsman, technical section chief, technical director, general manager and deputy chief engineer of Yanzhou Tianyi Paper Co., Ltd., and served as the production manager in January 22 and the deputy general manager in October 27. Mr. Su Bingfen, born in 1962, has a university degree and is an engineer. He joined the company in 1993 and has served as a technician, technical section chief, workshop director and deputy factory director. He is currently the deputy general manager of the company.

Ms. Niu Yimei, born in 1956, has a college degree and is a senior accountant. Joined the company in 1976, and served as cash accountant of Yanzhou suburban commune fiberboard factory, chief accountant of Yanzhou paper mill, financial director of Shandong Sun Paper Group Corporation and financial director of Shandong Sun Paper Group Co., Ltd.. He is currently the chief financial officer of the company.

Mr. Wang Zongliang, born in 1965, has a bachelor's degree and is an accountant. Joined the company in 1985, and served as workshop worker, workshop accountant, financial cashier, accountant, deputy director and director of finance department (head of accounting agency). He is currently the chief economist and head of the internal audit department of the company.
