Is Rizhao Telecom broadband better or Unicom broadband better?

Rizhao personally feels that telecom broadband is better than Unicom broadband.

1. Telecom broadband is more stable than Unicom broadband.

2. Quality of service. I handled it in the Unicom business hall at the department store, and the service quality was too poor, mainly because the Unicom broadband business hall seemed to be done by an agent.
