Teacher Physical Examination Requirements
1. Those with the following diseases or physiological defects will fail the physical examination:
(1) Congenital heart disease (cured by surgery) (Except those), frequent premature contractions, abnormal electrocardiogram, cardiomyopathy and other organic heart diseases.
(2) Blood pressure exceeds 18.66/12kpa (140/90 mmHg) and is lower than 11.46/7.46kpa (86/56mmHg). Single systolic blood pressure exceeds 21.33kpa (160mmHg) and is lower than 10.66kpa (80mmHg), and diastolic blood pressure exceeds 12kpa (90mmHg) and is lower than 6.66kpa (50mmHg).
(3) Tuberculosis, except for the following circumstances, is a failure to pass the physical examination:
l. Primary pulmonary tuberculosis, infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis, indurated and stable. Tuberculous pleurisy has been cured, or those with pleural hypertrophy after cure.
2. All extrapulmonary tuberculosis (renal tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis, peritoneal tuberculosis, etc.) and hematogenous pulmonary tuberculosis, which have not recurred for more than two years after being cured, and have been treated by a second-level or above hospital (or tuberculosis prevention and treatment center) There is no change in specialist examination.
3. Those who have been clinically cured of lymphatic tuberculosis and are asymptomatic.
(4) Bronchiectasis that has not been cured.
(5) Patients with chronic hepatitis and abnormal liver function (carriers of hepatitis pathogens, except those with normal liver function).
Hepatitis pathogen carriers or those who test positive for hepatitis B surface antigen apply for kindergarten teacher qualifications.
(6) Various malignant tumors. Various connective tissue diseases (collagen diseases). Endocrine system diseases (such as diabetes, diabetes insipidus, acromegaly, etc.). Hematological diseases (except simple iron deficiency anemia).
(7) Chronic nephritis. Acute nephritis was cured in less than two years.
(8) Have a history of epilepsy, mental illness, hysteria, and nocturnal wandering syndrome.
(9) More than one lobe of the lung is removed; more than one lobe of the lung is atelectasis.
(10) Rheumatoid spinal ankylosis. Chronic osteomyelitis.
(11) Glaucoma; retinal and optic nerve diseases (except for old or stable fundus diseases).
(12) Those who are color blind or color weak and apply for kindergarten teacher and special education teacher qualifications.
(13) Those whose hearing in both ears is within 2 meters, or those who wear hearing aids and whose hearing in both ears is less than 5 meters.
(14) Appearance and appearance. Anyone with the following conditions will be deemed to have failed the physical examination.
l. Limbs. Those whose upper limbs or lower limbs cannot move; those whose limbs are mutilated and deformed, who walk with a limp gait, and whose upper limbs (especially the right hand) are mutilated which affects writing on the blackboard.
2. Body shape. Physical deformities, such as obvious chicken breasts, hunchback, and scoliosis with an external curvature of more than 3 cm.
3. Facial features. Those with irregular facial features, large facial area (3×3 cm) scars, hemangioma or vitiligo or melanoma nevus.
(15) Those who stutter, have unclear articulation, have a severely hoarse voice, have vocal cord lesions, have severe chronic pharyngitis, or have physical defects in the oral cavity or one of the ear, nose and throat diseases that hinder pronunciation and affect teaching.
2. Apply for the qualifications of teachers in colleges and universities, teachers in secondary vocational schools, and internship instructors in secondary vocational schools. If the relevant majors have special requirements, relevant physical examination items can be added with the approval of the provincial education administration department.
