(1) A candidate shall meet the following conditions at the same time

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the China Party and the socialist system;

3. Have good political quality, moral conduct and professionalism;

4. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not participate in the application.

1. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

2. Being expelled from China * * * Party membership;

3. Being expelled from public office due to violation of discipline and law or being dismissed from employment (employment) contract by government agencies and institutions;

4. The former civil servant and the staff of the management unit with reference to the Civil Service Law have been dismissed for less than 5 years;

5. Suspected of violating discipline and law, being examined by a specialized agency, and no conclusion has been reached;

6. During the period of punishment or influence;

7. Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty in accordance with relevant regulations;

8. The applicant's application for the post office and position has the avoidance situation stipulated by relevant laws and regulations;

9. Jinhua City has the status of a civil servant (including the staff of the civil servant law management unit);

10. Other circumstances that prohibit him from serving as a civil servant as stipulated by laws and regulations.
