In The Romance of Three Kingdoms, one of China's classical literature Four Great Classical Novels, Zhuge Liang was deified as a wise man. From setting Bowangpo on fire to contending with Confucianism, from capturing Xichuan to the tripartite confrontation between the Three Kingdoms, Zhuge Liang, as a planner, organizer and executor, had his own ingenious plan in his mind with a wave of his goose feather fan, which easily enabled Shu to complete the primitive accumulation of capitalism, thus turning Liu Bei's company from a small self-employed person struggling for tax evasion into a large enterprise group ranked in the top three in the same industry in China. Cao Cao's encounter with Zhuge Liang can be described as "eight generations of blood mildew." After years of painstaking efforts, Cao Cao and his team gradually expanded their business to more than half of China. In Chibi, he also wanted to expand his territory and monopolize the industry by acquiring Soochow Company, and got into trouble as a result. Zhuge Liang lobbied Sun Quan, CEO of Wu Dong Company, with his golden words. As a result, Wu Dong Company and Liu Bei's company joined hands to engage in anti-takeover, and Cao Cao's company was almost wiped out. In the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Zhuge Liang seems to have surpassed his ability and become a god. Even a few years after his death, he could "come back to life" and tell Zhong Hui that "the life of Shu is over, so don't kill innocent people indiscriminately." However, I think Zhuge Liang has the following shortcomings:

1. It's unfair. It can be seen from the treatment of Guan Yu and Ma Su. The former Guan Yu issued a written pledge to fulfill a military order, but let Cao Cao take Huarong Road. According to military law, he should be beheaded. Zhuge Liang spared Guan Yu because of the intercession of the big boss Liu Bei, and then pulled some lies such as watching the sky at night and found himself a step down. Ma Su, the latter, also made many achievements. But the street pavilion fell, and he strictly enforced the law and beheaded Ma Su with tears in his eyes.

Guan Yu is a buddy who started a business with Liu Bei, and Ma Su is only a talent hired by Liu Bei, so their status is different. I think that Zhang Fei lost Xuzhou and Liu Bei's family. Liu Bei not only failed to investigate Zhang Fei's responsibility, but also made a chilling remark to lesbians all over the world: "Brothers are like brothers, and women are like clothes. Clothes can be mended when worn; How to regenerate if your hands and feet are broken? " Liu Bei gave up his family for the sake of brotherhood. If he lets a Cao Aman go, what can he do? I can only blame Comrade Masu for being born a few years late and not knowing Liu Bei when he started his business.

I think that as a leader, subordinates should bear the leadership responsibility first when they make mistakes. Mr Zhuge should bear the responsibility of improper employment first, and then give Ma Daisin a chance to make meritorious deeds, because when Shu employed people at that time, Ma Su might not be able to lead troops to fight, but he was a good staff officer. I believe Comrade Masu will be grateful and try his best to repay him.

2. employing people is biased. Wei Yan is a good comrade. He has both wisdom and courage, and has repeatedly made meritorious military service. However, Mr. Kong Ming just doesn't like him. When Wei Yan turns his back on the dark, Zhuge Liang will kill him on the grounds that Wei Yan has an anti-bone in his mind and will turn against him in the future. After many intercessions, Comrade Wei Yan barely survived. It's not his job to be a tiger general. Zhuge Liang has always been very alert to Wei Yan, ignoring Comrade Wei Yan's rationalization suggestions, and often arranging him to do some small work, such as begging the enemy to scold the array, or being the bait of the enemy. Besides, he can only lose, not win. Wei Yan's talents have not been reused for a long time, which is not unrelated to his future rebellion.

In personnel appointment, I think we should give full play to their strengths and face up to their shortcomings. In this way, they will feel that their abilities are recognized, they are reused, and they will work harder. We can't completely deny them just because they have shortcomings.

3. There is a tendency of personality cult. Shu's team is a typical model of "1 genius, 1 10,000 assistance". In this team, Zhuge Liang is a genius, and the five tiger generals, Wei Yan, Liao Hua and others are efficient assistants. Before the war began, Zhuge Liang made a good plan and went into every detail, and then his right-hand man carried it out. When the assistant was in trouble, he opened his toolbox, which contained a clever plan planned by Zhuge Liang. As long as assistants do what they are asked, they will generally succeed. Facts have proved that this model is very effective.

However, such a model will collapse due to the departure of genius. Because assistants are used to doing things as required, once the former genius leaves and there is no suitable genius to take over, assistants will be leaderless and at a loss, and disintegration is an inevitable choice.

"Wise men worry too much and lose something, while fools worry too much and gain something". It is impossible for people not to make mistakes, even saints. Later generations are also aware of this, and often listen to opinions from many sides for some major decisions. Arguably, Emperor Taizong, with the rule of Zhenguan, China's comprehensive national strength reached its peak, and there was a Chinatown abroad. "Two heads are better than one, and Zhuge Liang is the best" may be a merciless criticism of Zhuge Liang to some extent.
