Open recruitment can also be conducted through interviews in the city's talent market. Unless otherwise stipulated by the competent department of a public institution, it may also be handled according to the provisions of its competent department. Article 4 All kinds of professional and technical talents and management talents introduced by enterprises and institutions in this Municipality or entrusted with personnel files in the talent center can enjoy the following benefits:
