Good health, no criminal record, no illegal labor record or visa refusal history in any of the 26 countries in Schengen;

Hold intermediate chef certificate (available online)

You need to know the basic teppanyaki skills, such as fancy teppanyaki, and you can show customers the iron plate skills on the spot with higher pay.
