Changle District (formerly Changle County, Fuzhou Prefecture) is the jurisdiction of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and it is named after the book of songs "Chang 'an is happy". Located on the south bank of Minjiang Estuary, between the coastlines of the Yangtze Estuary and the Pearl River Estuary, it faces Taiwan Province Island across the sea. The landform belongs to low mountains and hills, slightly I-shaped, distributed in the middle and south. The eastern part is an open coastal plain, and the western part is Qian Ying-Yutian Plain. The land area is 658 square kilometers and the sea area is 33 13 square kilometers.
