Changle District belongs to Fuzhou City, Fujian Province.

Changle District (formerly Changle County, Fuzhou Prefecture) is the jurisdiction of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and it is named after the book of songs "Chang 'an is happy". Located on the south bank of Minjiang Estuary, between the coastlines of the Yangtze Estuary and the Pearl River Estuary, it faces Taiwan Province Island across the sea. The landform belongs to low mountains and hills, slightly I-shaped, distributed in the middle and south. The eastern part is an open coastal plain, and the western part is Qian Ying-Yutian Plain. The land area is 658 square kilometers and the sea area is 33 13 square kilometers.

Changle District has three-axis transportation by air, sea and land. It is one of the few "two ports" urban areas in China and one of the counties (cities) opened to the outside world by the state. Changle Taiping Port is the place where Zheng He made seven voyages to the West to open the sun, where the buds of Gongcha Fangshan were exposed and tribute salt was produced. History, culture and economy are integrated, and it has the reputation of "Zou Lu on the seashore, a famous literary country" and "hometown of overseas Chinese and abundant private enterprises".
