Brief introduction of the First People's Hospital of Huiyang District, Huizhou City

Huizhou Huiyang First People's Hospital was founded in September, 1949, and its predecessor was China People's Liberation Army Guangdong-Jiangxi-Hunan Border Column Health Hospital. Since its establishment 55 years ago, under the care of the Party and governments at all levels, the hospital has been developing and expanding, integrating medical treatment, first aid, preventive health care, scientific research and teaching, and has begun to take shape as a modern hospital. It has passed the evaluation of 1995 national second-class first-class hospital and is the teaching base of Guangdong Medical College and Huizhou Health School. It became the only second-class first-class hospital in Huiyang and Daya Bay, and was rated as one of the top 100 civilized hospitals in Guangdong Province.
