Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 According to Article 23 of the Drug Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China is established. ChPC Article 3 The Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health is a professional technical committee responsible for organizing the formulation and revision of national drug standards.

The national drug standards are People's Republic of China (PRC) Pharmacopoeia (hereinafter referred to as China Pharmacopoeia) and the drug standards of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as Ministry standards). Chapter II Organization and Organization Article 6 The Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health is composed of the chairman, vice-chairmen, standing committee members, members and honorary members.

The Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health consists of a standing committee, a professional committee and an office. Article 7 The chairman of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health shall be concurrently the Minister of Health, and the vice-chairmen shall be the main leaders of the health department, the pharmaceutical industry department and the military health department. Article 8 The Standing Committee is composed of relevant leaders of health departments, pharmaceutical industry departments and military health departments, as well as representative medical experts. Article 9 Requirements for members of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health:

(1) has high academic attainments in Chinese and western medical research or drug standards, production, verification and scientific research;

(2) On-the-job experts or senior technicians with senior titles;

(three) rigorous style, fair, healthy, have both ability and political integrity;

(4) The age should be under 65. And attention should be paid to absorbing qualified young and middle-aged experts. Article 10 The honorary member shall be an old member who made outstanding contributions to the drug standards work in the last session. Honorary members may participate in the professional activities of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health. Article 1 1 The vice chairman, standing Committee members, members and honorary members of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health shall be appointed by the Ministry of Health after being determined by the Ministry of Health. Article 12 The term of office of a member is generally from the date of application to the date of change. Article 13 The Ministry of Health may supplement the members of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health according to the needs of the work; Members who are removed from their original posts or unable to continue to perform the work of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health or fail to abide by the articles of association may be resigned or dismissed by the Ministry of Health. Article 14 The Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health is generally updated every five years. Article 15 The Standing Committee of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health consists of the chairman, vice-chairmen and standing committee members. Each professional committee consists of several members. Director 1 person, and deputy directors 1 ~ 2 people as required, designated by the Ministry of Health. Article 17 Members of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health shall participate in at least one professional committee or standing committee. Article 18 The Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health consists of offices, standards offices, standards offices, personnel offices and other departments. It is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Health, which implements the Secretary-General responsibility system, with a number of Secretary-General 1 person and Deputy Secretary-General. Article 19 The Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health are appointed by the Ministry of Health as standing members or members of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health. Chapter III Tasks and Duties Article 20 Tasks and Duties of the Committee of the Whole:

1. Review and amend the Constitution of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health;

2. Examine and approve the design scheme of the new China Pharmacopoeia;

3. Review and pass the new edition of China Pharmacopoeia or authorize the Standing Committee to hear it;

4. Review and adopt the work report of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health;

5. Discuss and consider other relevant major issues within the scope of national drug standards. Article 2 1 Tasks and responsibilities of the Standing Committee:

1. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of relevant resolutions discussed and approved by the Committee meeting and approved by the Ministry of Health, and studying and solving some major problems in drug standards;

2. To examine and approve the variety scope and arrangement principle of China Pharmacopoeia;

3. Determine the auditing principles of China Pharmacopoeia and ministerial standards;

4. Responsible for the coordination and unification of the work among the professional committees.
