Want to know about the employment prospects of applying for Tsinghua MBA

I am an MBA student at Tsinghua University, so I would like to share my intuitive feelings about the salary increase after graduating from a top MBA program in mainland China. First of all, the school’s official data shows that most MBA graduates can double their salary. Many people will say that the data is fake, blow it! But I never question such data. These data can be said responsibly that they are all true! Because students who can get into top MBA programs are actually very smart and hard-working, and this is also true in the workplace. Assume that the base number before admission to the MBA is 350,000, and the MBA lasts for three years (the statistics before admission are during the selection interview, and the statistics after graduation are after receiving the degree certificate, with more than three years in between). Top MBA students generally have good jobs, with salary increases of at least 15% every year. (For example, our company is a Fortune 500 company. The general increase is 7-10%, but if we do well, it can increase by 15%-20%). Generally speaking, you will change jobs once in three years, and your salary will increase by at least 50%. Come on, do a simple math problem, 35*1.15*1.15*1.15*1.5=798,000. Obviously, it has doubled to 350,000 in three years! Therefore, it is obvious that your salary will double after getting an MBA. but! ! ! Is this really the result of studying for an MBA? Without an MBA, these students would still get a salary increase, still change jobs, and still double their salary. Is it the MBA that makes these students, or do these students make the MBA? What we should be clear about is that it is not because you studied for an MBA that you become such a person, but because you are such a person, you choose to study for an MBA. The same goes for salary increases. You have seen that the salary of those who studied for MBA has doubled. It is not because they studied for MBA that their salary increased, but because those who can get a salary increase are willing to choose to invest in themselves and study for MBA. As our MBA teachers said, an MBA may not necessarily lead to a salary increase. The real reason for a salary increase is me as a "person". "People" are the same reason for "getting an MBA" and "salary increase".
