Brief introduction of Dongfeng Nissan passenger car company
At present, Dongfeng Nissan has formed a strategic layout of Huadu, Xiangyang, Zhengzhou and Dalian that runs through the north and south. Huadu factory, as the parent factory, focuses on the production of entry-level and mid-level cars and builds large-scale production factories; Xiangyang factory, as a quality benchmark factory, mainly produces high-end models, and plans to start producing British and finidi brand models on 20 14; Zhengzhou factory leads the production of Nissan brand SUV models and Qichen brand models; Dalian factory plans to put into production Nissan brand vehicles in 20 14. The Xiangyang factory of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Car Company (namely Fengshen Xiangyang Automobile Co., Ltd.) is located in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. Its predecessor was Dongfeng Motor Corporation Automobile Assembly Trial Factory, which was a pilot project to produce Shenlong Fukang cars. The factory broke ground on February 1990, and the first Fukang car was produced on September 4th 1992. By June, 1995, about 17000 cars had been produced. Two light buses were produced from 1995, and renamed as Xiangfan light bus factory of Dongfeng motor company from 1998.
Since the first half of 2000, entrusted by Fengshen Automobile Company, Fengshen Bluebird has started trial assembly, and has produced more than 70,000 Bluebird cars so far. In February 2002, Fengshen Xiangfan Automobile Co., Ltd. (now Fengshen Xiangyang Automobile Co., Ltd.) was jointly established with Taiwan Province Yulong Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. In April 2003, on the basis of Dongfeng Motor Company's light truck production position, the reconstruction and construction of the new factory began, and it was put into operation in February 65438. In September, 2004, Dongfeng Nissan Teana car rolled off the production line in Xiangyang new factory, and the quality level reached Japanese standards. On June 16, 2008, Dongfeng Nissan's new generation Teana was officially put into production in Xiangyang factory, which won unanimous praise from the market.
At present, Xiangyang factory covers an area of 290,000 square meters, with a construction area of 6,543,8+0.7 million square meters. It has five processes, namely stamping, resin, welding, painting and assembly, and a test track. At present, it mainly produces high-end models such as Dongfeng Nissan, Loulan and Teana, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 vehicles. With the official start of the localization project of Nissan's high-end brand British finidi, the production base has settled in Xiangyang. Through capacity transformation, by 20 14, the annual production capacity of Xiangyang factory, including Teana, will be increased to 250,000 vehicles. Dongfeng Nissan Zhengzhou Factory, located in Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, was put into operation in September 20 10. At present, it has an annual production capacity of 200,000 vehicles. It mainly produces Dongfeng Nissan SUV models, such as Shuangxiong Hacker, Qi Jun, etc., which strongly supplements the production capacity of Dongfeng Nissan Huadu Factory and provides a strong production capacity guarantee for the hot sales of Hacker and Qi Jun.
Zhengzhou production base is a new growth point of Dongfeng Nissan. In 20 15 years, it will reach the annual production capacity of more than 450,000 vehicles and 600,000 engines, laying a solid foundation for the completion of Dongfeng Nissan's new medium-term business plan. Dongfeng Nissan Technology Center (DNTC) is Nissan Motor Company's fourth technology center in the world, which is the same as the R&D platform, and the largest passenger car technology center in South China. Through the research and development synchronized with the world, we will continue to provide China consumers with the latest, reliable technologies and products that can bring pleasant driving experience, and finally realize independent development oriented to the needs of China consumers.
With a total investment of 330 million yuan and a total area of 200,000 square meters, Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Car Technology Center has become Nissan's largest R&D base in South China of China and the fourth R&D center in the world. It will cooperate closely with Japanese Nissan Technology Center and Nissan R&D bases in Europe, America and Asia to jointly develop and develop the following automobile models to be invested in China in the future.
In just ten years, Dongfeng Nissan Technology Center has become one of Nissan's four overseas R&D centers, with more than 1000 excellent employees. It is a technology center with the largest number of models under research and the fastest launch speed of independent brands in China. The overall R&D level has reached RankB, and it is expected that 20 15 will reach RankA level. In less than three years, the Qichen brand independently developed by Dongfeng Nissan Technology Center has achieved good results in annual sales of more than 654.38+10,000 vehicles, and has steadily become the first independent brand of China automobile joint venture.
